I am interested in topics such as codependency and the problems of people close to addicts, psychological experiences when trying to conceive, anxiety, increasing self-awareness and self-esteem, relationships, and overall well-being.
I currently provide individual psychotherapy under supervision at the EFT Institute Slovakia outpatient clinic.

I am a member of the Slovak Association of Sports Psychology. I am interested in the connection between bouldering and mental well-being.

My path to psychology and attitude towards people
After high school, like many young people, I was deciding which university to attend. I was torn between culture and psychology. At that time, my love for art and culture prevailed, so I first graduated from the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, majoring in theater management. I then worked for a long time as a marketing and project manager in this field. At a certain point in my life, I decided to study psychology, without any great expectations. During my studies, I became more and more immersed in this field and decided to change my career focus. Since 2025, I have been attending a long-term psychotherapy training course in EFT – Emotion-Focused Therapy. At the same time, I became part of the EFT Institute Slovakia outpatient clinic. I believe that people are capable of changing and adjusting their own lives to their satisfaction. My family and my little son bring me joy in life. I recharge my batteries in nature and through sports.
